We’re now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admissions Coordinator – Account Manager to strengthen our Admissions team and support both our global travel agency partners (B2B) and direct students (B2C).
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time (30 hours/week)
Start Date: ASAP.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our admissions operations, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our language students. You’ll combine administration and customer service—working across multiple tools and departments to guarantee efficiency and accuracy.
Advise registered students before arrival, guiding them through the enrollment process.
Manage post-sale reservations via email, phone (Aircall)
Manage student invoices and payments.
Track visa applications and ensure all pre-arrival materials are delivered on time.
Request flight details and send pre-arrival documentation to students
Conduct regular account reviews and ensure accurate reporting to the Accounting team.
Follow up on overdue payments in a timely manner
Fidelo (bookings, invoices, payments)
HubSpot (CRM for partner & student relations)
Aircall (phone communications)
ClickUp (task & project management)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Apaleo (PMS - housing reservations)
2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or Back Office roles.
Fluency in English & Spanish (native or proficiency level).
A proactive, motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across tools.
Previous experience with a CRM system (HubSpot or similar) preferred.
