Now, we’re growing our team with Sales Program Advisor who will help future students take the first step in their journey with us.


📍 Location: Buenos Aires

🌍 Languages: Native or proficient English and Spanish are required. In addition, proficiency in at least one of the following languages is a must, as we are focusing on these key markets: French, Italian, German, or Polish.


Your Role at Expanish

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for aspiring students from all over the world. You’ll inspire and guide them through their decision-making journey, from first contact to enrollment, ensuring they choose the right program in one of our 4 schools.

This is not just a support role—it’s a professional sales position where your goal is to connect, engage, and close.


What You’ll Do

  • Connect with Leads: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone (Aircall), WhatsApp, email, video calls, and webinars.

  • Engage & Advise: Understand student needs and guide them toward the right Expanish program.

  • Sell with Impact: Send quotes, follow up, and close enrollments to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Ensure Smooth Enrollment: Handle payments and coordinate a seamless handoff to Admissions.

  • Collaborate Globally: Work with colleagues across Argentina, Spain, and Brazil in a multicultural, supportive team.

  • Response time to inquiries

  • Conversion rate (lead → enrollment)

  • Monthly & quarterly sales targets

What we are looking for

  • Sales Experience: 2+ years in B2C sales, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong Communicator: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Aircall, or similar).

  • Global Mindset: Experience abroad (studying or working for 3–6 months) is a big plus.

  • Languages: Native or proficient English and Spanish are required. In addition, proficiency in at least one of the following languages is a must—as we are focusing on these key markets: French, Italian, German, or Polish.

  • Education: Background in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or Languages preferred.
