Role Mission

Own and evolve Expanish’s website as a core digital product and primary direct sales channel, improving the end-to-end user experience and driving higher conversion and revenue through product strategy, data, and continuous experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Product Owner of expanish.com, with clear business and user goals

  • Define the product vision for the website aligned with company growth objectives

  • Analyze the full user journey: discovery → consideration → decision → payment

  • Identify user pain points and product opportunities impacting conversion and revenue

  • Define and prioritize a product roadmap focused on UX, flows, pricing, and checkout

  • Lead discovery and experimentation initiatives (A/B tests, prototypes, validation)

  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver improvements

  • Ensure product decisions are data-informed and outcome-driven

  • Track performance through clear KPIs and share insights with stakeholders

Success Metrics

  • Website conversion rate

  • Revenue generated through the website

  • Share of direct (self-booking) sales

  • Drop-off rates at critical funnel steps

  • Revenue per visitor

Ideal Profile

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager on digital products

  • Proven track record working on conversion, monetization, or growth-related initiatives

  • Experience with web products, e-commerce, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms

  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and experimentation

  • Ability to balance user needs with business impact

  • Autonomous, structured, and outcome-oriented

Nice to Have (not required)

  • Experience owning a website as a product

  • Experience with pricing, checkout, or payment flows

  • Background in B2C and/or international products

  • Interest in education, travel, or global digital platforms
