Position Overview

The Sales Representative for Turkey & MENA is responsible for driving student enrollment and revenue growth in the region. This role combines direct sales (B2C) to prospective students with partner sales (B2B), actively building and managing relationships with agencies to maximize enrollments.

The position works remotely from Turkey and collaborates closely with the Commercial and Admissions teams across all Expanish locations.


Key Responsibilities

Direct Sales (B2C)

  • Manage and convert direct student inquiries from the Turkey & MENA region.

  • Guide prospective students through the decision-making process, providing advice on programs, pricing, and accommodations.

  • Build strong relationships with students to ensure high enrollment and satisfaction.

  • Meet enrollment and revenue targets defined in collaboration with the Commercial Manager.

Partner Sales (B2B)

  • Mandatory: Develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies in Turkey & MENA.

  • Identify and onboard new partner agencies to increase student referrals.

  • Train agency staff on Expanish programs, pricing, and updates.

  • Support partners in achieving their sales targets and maximizing student bookings.

Market Development & Representation

  • Identify new business opportunities within the region.

  • Attend online or in-person student fairs, info sessions, and industry events to represent Expanish.

  • Act as the main regional point of contact for all partner and student-related inquiries.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and enrollments using the CRM system.

  • Report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and results to the Commercial Manager.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within education, language travel, or a related industry.

  • Proven B2B experience with partner agencies is mandatory; experience in direct sales (B2C) is also required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Fluency in English and Turkish required; Arabic is a strong plus. Spanish is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets.

  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

  • Data-driven mindset and experience in data analysis is a plus.

  • Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region.
